Organic Products Increase in Lip Care Market

This undecided weather has sparked consumers to protect their lips against harsh weather conditions.

Within the makeup market there has been an increase in demand for lip care products which contain organic ingredients.

This sector of the cosmetics market is being predicted to grow phenomenally on an international basis.

GIA, the market research company, has brought out its global lip care report intimating that the world market is going to reach $1.7bn by 2015.

Given hard times, lipstick manufacturers are still doing good business thanks to the consumer shift from expensive or branded products to more economical and feel-good options.

The international lip care market has experienced an increase in sales, especially in Europe, where products containing vitamins and chemicals which protect against UV rays has led to an increase in sales.
