Cheryl Cole launches lipstick for charity
Fri, 13 Jan 2012
Following the success of her first shoe collection, Cheryl Cole is turning her hand to makeup.

Ms Cole, who launched a capsule shoe range with Stylistpick.co.uk last month, is collaborating with cosmetics giant L’Oreal to create a charity lipstick. The shade is called Red Passion and is available to buy in stores now priced £8.16, with £1 from each sale going to the Cheryl Cole Foundation, a charity she founded last year in association with the Prince’s Trust.

The popstar said: "I chose this iconic luxurious, red shade as it is the perfect dramatic accessory. When selecting the shade I chose one I felt would flatter most hair and skin types, and is the red that everyone wants in their makeup bag . I am so thrilled the funds raised from my L'Oreal Paris lipstick can make a difference to people's lives through my foundation with The Prince's Trust."

She added that she loves "wearing the lipstick as it is makes me feel glamorous whatever the occasion".
