A brand new Neutrogena study has discovered that the key feature women want from their makeup is faultless skin.
Harris Interactive undertook the market research study last August.
1,018 adult women were asked about their relationship to cosmetics .
Healthy-looking skin came out as the top wish, past colour and cosmetic method percentages.
Out of all beauty items, 58 per cent of women opted for a product which would deliver flawless skin, with 68 per cent of respondents being willing to surrender a prized past time, such as eating chocolate, for 12 months’ worth of good skin.
A considerable number of women would even skip their morning beverage for a touch up of lipgloss, with 42 per cent stating that they would choose makeup over breakfast if they were forced to choose one over the other.
